EcoStation Fuel Efficiency Forum
In 2011 EcoStation will be expanding its program of events in order help freight carriers reduce fuel consumption and operating costs.
We are currently looking for expressions of interest in Fuel Efficiency Forum to be held on Thursday 24th March 2011, 2- 4:00pm at the Victorian Transport Association.
This will be the first of a series of discussion sessions where we invite you, the freight carriers to share your first hand experience with fuel efficiency strategies, whether they have been successful or not. This event will be a general discussion covering all aspects of fuel efficiency; fuel type, tyres, aerodynamics, driver behavior, etc. Subsequent events will cover more specific technologies.
This event is aimed at those who:
- Implemented a change in their fleet and succeeded in reducing cost,
- Implemented a change in their fleet and run into trouble,
- Though about fuel efficiency technologies but not implemented them,
- Have stories or advice to share about anything they have tried, regardless of the results
To register your interest in this event, please contact:
Bob Wright Executive Officer, EcoStation 0468 988 971 bob@vta.com.au
Please note: This will not be an event where suppliers are trying to sell you their products. This in an open forum for freight carriers to share their experiences with other freight carriers.
